About Aaron

Aaron Gold is an associate at Babin Bessner Spry, having first articled and summered there before being called to the Ontario bar in 2022. His practice covers complex corporate and commercial disputes, including contract and corporate governance issues, shareholder oppression, tort and negligence claims, injunctions and commercial arbitration. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. In 2023 he was elected to the Executive of the OBA's Civil Litigation section, serving as newsletter editor. Aaron holds a JD from Western University's Faculty of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Canada-United States Law Journal, and earned a BA (Hons.) and MA in philosophy from Dalhousie University.
