About Brittiny

Brittiny Rabinovitch joined Babin Bessner Spry LLP in 2024 after practising at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and became a partner in 2026. Her litigation practice centers on complex commercial disputes, with particular expertise in Aboriginal law, environmental and municipal law, and administrative, regulatory, and Federal Court matters. She has represented clients before every level of court in Ontario, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Brittiny clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal in 2015-2016 and earned her JD from Queen's, where she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Queen's Law Journal; she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. Best Lawyers Canada named her a "One to Watch" in both 2025 and 2026, and she speaks French.
