About Yelena

Yelena Vilk is a Senior Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office. Her practice covers a broad mix of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, from high-volume employment cases to family-based petitions. For the past six years she has concentrated on the H-2B and H-2A visa categories, helping seasonal employers in hospitality, restaurant, construction, landscaping, and agriculture secure foreign workers. She guides clients through Department of Labor wage and hour audits and appeals, PERM labor certification, and adjustment of status applications. Before joining the firm, Yelena clerked at a large Philadelphia firm on corporate immigration matters and interned with the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review, researching asylum and due process issues. She earned her JD from Ohio Northern University in 2013 and was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2014. Yelena speaks Russian and English.
