About Yasmin

Yasmin M. Vinograd is the managing partner of Merovitz Potechin LLP. Her practice focuses on estate litigation and mediation, where she helps clients with will challenges, power of attorney disputes, and guardianship applications, along with real estate litigation and matters such as passing of accounts and dependant support claims. She began practicing law in Israel in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011, shortly after which she joined the firm. She holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, and provides services in both English and Hebrew. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate and commercial litigation and in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for estate litigation.
