Tanner acts for individuals and businesses buying, selling, and financing residential and commercial property, and represents lenders and borrowers in commercial mortgage transactions; he also advises builders on land development and condominium projects. He's a member of the Law Society of Ontario, co-chairs the Carleton County Law Association's East Region Solicitors Conference Planning Committee, and volunteers with Reach Canada and Jewish Family Services of Ottawa.
