About Harland
Harland Tanner is a partner and co-founder of Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP, concentrating his practice in real estate and wills and estates. He was called to the bar in 2008 after earning an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University. Tanner acts for individuals and businesses buying, selling, and financing residential and commercial property, and represents lenders and borrowers in commercial mortgage transactions; he also advises builders on land development and condominium projects. He's a member of the Law Society of Ontario, co-chairs the Carleton County Law Association's East Region Solicitors Conference Planning Committee, and volunteers with Reach Canada and Jewish Family Services of Ottawa.
