Lynn Le Mesurier practices commercial and residential real estate law, municipal and development law, and wills and estate administration at Vice & Hunter LLP, acting for individual, corporate, and municipal clients. Her real estate work includes negotiating, drafting, and completing agreements of purchase and sale, advising on Planning Act consent decisions, and preparing and reviewing easement agreements. Her estate practice includes drafting wills and powers of attorney and assisting estate trustees through probate. She frequently presents on real estate law at the County of Carleton Law Association's East Region Solicitors Conference, where she previously chaired the planning committee, and formerly taught the real estate section of the Bar Admission Course. In 2024 she received the CCLA Abe Feinstein Solicitor Award in recognition of her leadership and mentorship. Le Mesurier holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa (1993) and a BSocSc in Criminology from the same university (1990), and was called to the Ontario bar in 1995.
