About Donald

Donald Simonds is a residential and commercial real estate lawyer advising clients on purchases, sales, leases, mortgages, and financing. Over the past 30 years, he has guided clients through every stage of property ownership as well as businesses seeking office, retail, or commercial space, and he also advises on estate planning needs. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, in 1989 and a B.A. from Queen's University in 1986.
