Matthew Di Prata was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020 after completing his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2019 with a business law concentration. He recently joined the firm from a large national firm and focuses on corporate and commercial work for local businesses, including business acquisitions and sales, corporate structuring, commercial lending and debt financing, acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, corporate financings, shareholder loans, cross-border transactions, and technology financings.
