About William
William Sasso practises from Strosberg Wingfield Sasso LLP's Windsor office, with decades of experience appearing before all levels of court in the common law provinces of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is recognized nationally as a top trial and appellate advocate, with experience spanning complex commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, shareholder rights and director liability, and competition and securities law. He has chaired the Advocates' Society's Articling Task Force and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, lecturing on torts and common law remedies. He received the Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. He holds a B.A. (1965) and an LL.B. (1968), both from the University of Western Ontario.
