About Anthony

Anthony L. Giannotti is a senior litigation lawyer in Windsor who has been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 2004. He was admitted to the bar in 1994 after earning a Bachelor of Arts (1986), a Bachelor of Education (1987), and a Bachelor of Laws (1992) from the University of Windsor, followed by a Juris Doctor from the same school in 2013. He has appeared in high-profile tort and employment cases, including a nervous shock and product liability claim against Culligan that reached the Supreme Court of Canada, and a wrongful dismissal case against Flex-N-Gate that resulted in both punitive and aggravated damages. He is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where he lectures and mentors other lawyers, and belongs to the Essex Law Association. Before practising law, he taught high school for two years with the Windsor Roman Catholic Separate School Board. Outside law, he maintains a separate career in music and entertainment production, including as an author and producer of touring live shows.
