About William

William Jesseau joined the firm's predecessor in 2004, was admitted to the partnership in 2010, and has served as managing partner since 2016. He handles matters at every level of the Ontario court system, from the Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court up to the Court of Appeal, taking an aggressive, proactive approach aimed at results that serve his clients' interests. His insurance defence practice concentrates on personal injury, motor vehicle tort claims, occupiers' liability matters, commercial general liability issues, and coverage disputes, and he has tried numerous cases, both jury and non-jury, before the Superior Court of Justice. William was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie Law School, along with a Bachelor of Theology from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis Xavier University. He belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Defence Research Institute.
