About Joe
Joe Bowcock joined Smockum Zarnett LLP in 2010 and acts as managing partner. His civil litigation practice focuses on defending automobile litigation, personal injury, and occupier's liability claims, and he has served as lead counsel in both jury and non-jury trials as well as arbitrations before administrative tribunals. He's been invited to speak at continuing professional education programs. Joe was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2011 after earning his JD from the University of Windsor in 2010, a Master of Arts from the University of Waterloo in 2007, and an Honours BA from Western University in 2006. He's an active member of The Advocates' Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Toronto Lawyers' Association.
