About David

David Green joined Linden and Associates following his 2017 call to the Ontario Bar and practices a broad range of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, occupiers' liability, product liability, and professional negligence. He obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016 and previously defended insurance companies, municipalities, and hospitals before joining the plaintiff side.
