Bill Sirdevan has practised business law for more than 25 years, primarily serving owner-managed and family-owned businesses. A key part of his work involves family business transition planning, where he structures succession to the next generation in a way that extracts value for the founder while preserving it for successors, or positions a business for sale to a third party.
