About Delana

Delana Zamparo completed her law degree at the University of Toronto in 2021 and practises franchise law, corporate and commercial law, and commercial leasing. She works with franchisors and franchisees on compliance with franchise disclosure and agreements, and also handles the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases.
