About Frank
Frank Pinizzotto is an associate in Lawrences' Litigation Group, handling a broad civil litigation practice that spans corporate and commercial disputes, estate litigation, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fee assessments, and employment matters. His clients range from corporate owner-operators and estate trustees to contractors, subcontractors, and both Canadian and foreign corporations. Before joining Lawrences, Frank practiced at a Mississauga firm where he handled the firm's litigation files on his own. He takes time to understand each client's situation and goals before developing a strategy to meet them. Frank has litigated cases at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice for both plaintiffs and defendants.
