Louis is an associate in Lawrences' Business Law Group, serving clients in industries such as manufacturing, food retail, restaurants, transportation and logistics, and health care. His practice centres on franchise law, where he advises both franchisors and franchisees on compliance matters, buying and selling franchises, renewals and terminations, exit strategies, and franchise disputes.
