Real Estate LawBill Dow is the managing partner at Carr, Stevenson & MacKay and a Charlottetown native who has practiced law in PEI since 1992. He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1988 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991, and he was named King's Counsel in 2007. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, financial services, banking and insolvency, and real estate, and he has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in both Banking & Finance Law and Corporate Law. He has taught Business Law at the University of Prince Edward Island since 1995 and the Commercial Law section of the PEI Bar Admission Course since 2021. He is a past president of the PEI Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and a board member of the Law Foundation of PEI.
