Wills, Estates & TrustsBarb Stevenson is a partner at Carr, Stevenson & MacKay and a Charlottetown native who has practiced law since 1980. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1976 and her LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1979, and she was named King's Counsel in 1993. Her practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills, estates and trusts. She has chaired the Law Society of Prince Edward Island's Ethics Committee and the PEI Indemnities and Allowances Commission, and she previously served as a director of the Bank of Canada, chairing its Human Resources Committee. She is a board member of the Confederation Centre of the Arts and a past president of the PEI Heart and Stroke Foundation.
