About Tauna

Tauna is a corporate commercial lawyer advising businesses on formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings and public listings. She has deep experience in the natural resources sector, including mining and offshore oil and gas transactions, and regularly advises boards of directors and shareholders on governance matters. Tauna was named King's Counsel in 2022 and previously served as Managing Partner of Stewart McKelvey's St. John's office. She holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and completed the Institute of Corporate Directors' ICD.D designation.
