About Elijah

Elijah Smith is an associate at Carr, Stevenson & MacKay and a lifelong Islander. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2024 and was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2025 after articling with the firm, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Prince Edward Island (2021). His practice covers criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, and wills, estates and trusts. He lives in Charlottetown and previously served as a peer tutor and on the law orientation committee at UNB.
