Other files include defending uniQure in an action to impeach patents on its HEMGENIX® gene therapy for hemophilia B.
Pharmaceutical regulatory advice
Clients come to Boyer on data protection, patented medicine pricing, getting patents onto Health Canada's Patent Register and securing certificates of supplementary protection. Earlier, Boyer acted for Horizon in a judicial review over data protection for a drug that treats urea cycle disorders.
