Jessica Jeza is an Ottawa-based litigation lawyer focusing on trademark and copyright law, estate litigation, and commercial litigation. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa, with specialized options in Technology Law and Environmental Law, and contributed to policy work with CIPPIC, PIAC, and Ecojustice during law school, co-authoring a paper with Harvard's Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society on intermediary liability under the USMCA.
