About Wendy

Wendy Bach has spent her career as in-house counsel in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Over 19 years at a large TSX/Nasdaq-listed chemical company, she advanced from Corporate Counsel in 2000 through several promotions, eventually becoming Senior Vice President, Corporate Resources, and ultimately General Counsel, where she oversaw the company's global functions spanning legal, human resources, information technology, and stakeholder relations. In that position she led new strategies and organizational restructurings aimed at optimizing talent, strengthening culture and brand, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while managing risk. Most recently, as General Counsel of a newly listed TSX company producing hydrogen fuel cells for commercial mobility, she worked with the Board and Executive Team to streamline governance, compliance, and contract management processes.
