About Wei
Wei Jiang is a partner at Whelton Hiutin LLP with a wide-ranging litigation practice covering commercial, real estate, corporate and shareholder disputes, employment matters, contested bankruptcy, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He has acted in matters across every level of the Ontario courts, gaining experience with trials, appeals, and various motions, from injunctions to summary judgment applications. Wei tailors his approach to the particular needs of each client and case. He graduated with honours from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 2018 and joined the firm that same year, and also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts from McMaster University. He is fluent in Mandarin and can read and write Chinese, and has written on topics ranging from Chinese internet culture to the legal implications of augmented reality.
