About Arlene

Arlene Campbell is an associate at Whelton Hiutin LLP, articling there in 2022-2023 before joining as an associate in 2023. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation. She earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2022, after completing an Honours B.A. at the University of Guelph in 2018. During law school she worked as a teaching assistant for an introductory contracts course, running tutorials to support students, and also worked as a research assistant, exploring topics like medical assistance in dying, negligence, and intentional torts. She served as an assistant and associate editor of the Ottawa Law Review and won the Annaline Lubbe Prize in Competition Law in her third year. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
