About Warren

Warren Creates heads the Immigration Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, representing individuals, families and corporations in work permits, permanent residence, business immigration, provincial nominee programs, citizenship applications and refugee claims. He is one of a small number of practitioners certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law, a designation he has held since 2006, and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. Creates is a former Government of Canada immigration lawyer and has contributed to the casebook Immigration and Refugee Law: Cases, Materials and Commentary. He received the Gordon F. Henderson Award and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, both in 2013, and has lectured on immigration law at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law since 1991.
