About Sarah
Sarah Lapointe is a bilingual partner at Emond Harnden who has worked exclusively in management-side labour and employment law since law school. She provides a broad range of legal services to employers, including drafting employment agreements and policies, legal advice on workplace matters, and representation in civil litigation, human rights proceedings, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining. She has advised employers in manufacturing, hospitality, health care, dental, government, and not-for-profit sectors, from large institutions to small family businesses. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Program in 2011 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
