As chair of the research team, she conducts research and prepares opinions and factums for clients and other lawyers. She has a multi-disciplinary practice providing strategic advice, complex opinions, and legal arguments across the firm's practice areas. She has participated in major transactions and litigation, including judicial reviews, commercial arbitrations, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, patent litigation, and corporate and securities proceedings. She served as a clerk to the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
