About Vincent
Vincent Legault, based in Osler's Montréal office, is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic transactions and commercial matters, acting for buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border deals. He represents private and public issuers, financial institutions, investment funds and investment banks across sectors such as technology, telecommunications, life sciences and retail. During his studies, Legault worked at a Canadian financial institution and a telecommunications company in credit risk and collections. He holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and belongs to the Barreau du Québec, the Young Bar Association of Montréal and the Canadian Bar Association.
