Marie-Ève Paradis is a litigation lawyer at DWF's Montréal office, with a practice centred on civil law, civil liability and insurance matters. Paradis regularly pleads on behalf of clients before courts across Quebec, various administrative tribunals, and the Court of Appeal, in both civil and labour law files. Paradis is also accredited as a mediator by the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec and draws on skills in strategic communication to help resolve difficult disputes. Paradis was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2015 after earning an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2014, and serves as president of the Association des femmes d'assurance de Montréal.
