About Meriem

Meriem Amir is a partner and co-founder of Astell & Associés, specializing mainly in civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, business law and civil liability. Her expertise covers the full litigation process, from drafting legal opinions and building tailored strategies to preparing procedures and actively representing clients before the civil courts and at settlement conferences. Early in her career she was involved in numerous injunction proceedings in contractual, real estate and commercial matters, and has handled complex files involving hidden defects, civil liability and manufacturer liability. Alongside her litigation practice, she has solid experience in large commercial transactions, including corporate and tax restructuring.
