About Victoria

Victoria Mamukuyomi is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office, with a corporate and commercial practice that also touches energy and natural resources and real property. She takes a collaborative, client centered approach, guiding businesses through financial transactions and advising on business structures aligned with their goals, with work spanning corporate and business matters, corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Victoria earned her law degree from Rivers State University, where she was recognized as the best student in Banking and Insurance Law and Nigerian Legal Method, and completed her accreditation through Canada's National Committee on Accreditation in 2023. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2025 and volunteers with Nova Scotia Easter Seals, the Family SOS Community Market and The North Grove.
