About Valerie

Valerie Kleinman is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, focusing on Canadian citizenship and immigration law. Her practice covers study permits, visitor visas, LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt work permits, family class sponsorship, and Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program applications, along with proof of citizenship and citizenship grant matters. She assists clients in French and has handled both temporary and permanent Quebec-based applications, and she has helped companies navigate compliance inspections by Service Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
