About Vadim
Vadim Paskarou is a criminal defence lawyer representing clients across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, appearing before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Queen's University's Faculty of Law and an Honours BA in criminology and psychology from York University. Before moving into defence work, he served as a Federal Crown Attorney with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada at the Newmarket courthouse, handling federal prosecutions, an experience that gives him insight into how the Crown builds and assesses its cases. His practice covers impaired driving and DUI charges, drug offences, assault, property crimes, youth matters under the YCJA, and bail hearings. He is a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association and articled at a criminal defence firm.
