About Musab

Musab Abu-Ali is a criminal lawyer who completed his articles at Bariteau Dulysh Criminal Lawyers, working on major and complex criminal files and assisting with legal research, trial preparation, and Crown negotiations. In law school he represented his school at the Arnup Cup Mock Trial Competition and received the Staffieri Scholarship in each of his three years. He spent his summers at a criminal defence firm in Mississauga, assisting with trials and appeals before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and completed a placement at the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic in his final year, representing low-income and marginalized clients before tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Musab is fluent in English and Arabic.
