About Upama

Upama Poudyal is an associate in the Waterloo Region office practicing primarily in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate matters, and commercial real estate. She was part of the first cohort at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and won the championship and top oralist award at the second annual Lincoln Alexander Moot competition. She majored in legal studies at the University of Waterloo before attending law school.
