About Jorden

Jorden P. Gregory practises corporate and commercial law, including financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, along with estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and estate and trust administration, as well as residential and commercial real estate. A lifelong resident of the Region of Waterloo, he joined Giffen LLP in 2016 as a summer and articling student before continuing there as an associate for several years. He later moved in-house as corporate counsel for a Canadian insurance company in Waterloo and worked at another Uptown Waterloo firm before returning to Giffen LLP. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Waterloo Law Association, and has volunteered with the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre and Pro Bono Law Ontario.
