Tushar Anandasagar is a partner in the Waterloo Region office practicing in the Employment, Labour & Equalities Group, representing management for both private and public sector employers. He advises on a broad range of contentious human resources matters and frequently appears before the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and private arbitrators on matters including union certification, collective bargaining, grievances, wrongful dismissals, and occupational health and safety disputes.
