About Brad
Brad Moscato is a partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP, where his practice centers on long-term and short-term disability benefit disputes against insurers, motor vehicle and motorcycle accident claims, fatal accident claims, and occupiers' liability matters. Many of his clients come through referrals from people he has already represented, as well as from other lawyers and medical professionals. He has been recognized in the Lexpert Directory as a frequently recommended lawyer for long-term disability and personal injury work, and he is also listed in Best Lawyers in Canada. The Law Society of Ontario has designated him a Specialist in Civil Litigation.
