About Troy

As first chair, Troy McLelan has tried several matters at the BC Supreme Court, among them Arora v. Chou (2024 BCSC 2271), Mann v. Ahluwalia (2023 BCSC 1536), and Lam v. Calalang (2023 BCSC 945), and has also appeared multiple times before the BC Court of Appeal. McLelan's practice covers commercial and construction litigation, along with advocacy in mediation and arbitration. Outside of work, McLelan coaches McLelan's sons in hockey and baseball and enjoys skiing, hiking, swimming, and cooking.
