About Wesley
Wesley Cohen is an associate in Osler's Corporate Group, focusing on corporate finance and securities, governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Before Osler, he worked as an associate at a boutique specializing in corporate governance, advising public, private, and government-controlled boards, special committees, management teams, and institutional investors. Cohen graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where he worked as a research assistant for Professor Michael Geist. He has also advised senior Ontario politicians, including the province's Attorney General.
