About Elnaz

Elnaz Tahanha was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018 after earning her LLB (Hons) from the University of Southampton in England. She practises civil litigation with particular focus on insurance law, employment law, and family law, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, resolving matters through both litigation and negotiated settlements. She is fluent in Farsi.
