About Trisha

Trisha Dore is a registered trademark agent who has practised in trademark law since 1989, specializing in trademark development, prosecution, opposition, and portfolio management for domestic and international clients. Her focus areas include brand protection strategy, trademark licensing administration, and counterfeiting enforcement. She is recognized to practise before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the Patent and Trademark Association of British Columbia, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and the International Trademark Association. She studied Psychology at Simon Fraser University (1992) and became a Registered Trademark Agent in 1995, receiving IPIC's Endowment Memorial Prize for highest examination results that year.
