About Trina
Trina DeSa is an associate in the personal injury and aviation groups at Rochon Genova. Before joining the firm, she practised for several years at a prominent Toronto personal injury firm, gaining experience in both plaintiff and defence personal injury work as well as aviation law, long-term disability, casualty insurance, insurance subrogation disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Trina holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, and she was called to the bar in 2002. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal of Canada, and the Consent and Capacity Board.
