About Alexander

Alexander (AJ) Case is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group. AJ's practice covers emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. AJ completed a combined Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Dalhousie University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Mount Allison University, including an exchange term at the University of Kent's School of International Relations. Before law school, AJ worked with several start-ups, an angel investment fund in Atlantic Canada, and a multinational company as a mergers and acquisitions analyst. AJ is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
