About Tom

Tom Keeler is office lead partner in the firm's Charlottetown office, with a broad litigation practice covering commercial and insurance litigation, construction litigation, securities litigation, and commercial planning and development matters. He has represented clients at all levels of courts and tribunals in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, and advises full-service investment dealers and advisors in regulatory and securities matters. Tom also acts for banks and leasing companies enforcing commercial claims and advises start-ups on incorporation and shareholder agreements. He earned a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2012. He currently serves as president of the Canadian Bar Association in PEI.
