Bridget Morriscey is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Charlottetown office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from Dalhousie University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2018, before being called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2019. Bridget has served as counsel for a major educational institution on intellectual property and research matters, and she previously worked as a Crown Attorney for the Province of Prince Edward Island, regularly appearing before the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island. Her practice today covers a variety of areas, with a particular focus on general litigation and intellectual property, and she has advocated before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of Prince Edward Island as well as the Criminal Code Review Board.
