Tom Collins is an associate litigator in the Advocacy Department in the Toronto office. His practice focuses on professional liability and complex infrastructure and environmental disputes, and he has experience in complex commercial litigation, defamation, white collar defence, and regulatory work. He represents a broad range of public and private clients across industries including engineering, construction, energy, transit, transportation, and health care.
