About Tara

Tara Boghosian is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP focusing on criminal and regulatory litigation at the trial and appellate levels, plus select civil work. She has taken part in institutional investigations, including the review of the Ottawa Light Rail Transit Commission. Tara earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she completed extensive pro bono work with the Prison Legal Assistance Project and International Human Rights Clinic and contributed research to its Criminal Justice Policy Program. Her writing has appeared in the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics and other publications. Before her current role she worked in the U.S. at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice and the Bronx Defenders. She holds a B.A. from McGill University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022, after first being admitted in Massachusetts in 2021.
